All sales are final. There are no refunds or returns except the refund of return shipping costs of product damaged in shipment. Such damages in shipment must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the damaged product. Contact help@lisabell.org to report such damage and to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) #. Please describe the damage in detail. Unless directed by us to destroy the damaged product, the damaged product and the original damaged shipping carton should be packed in a new shipping carton, adequately sealed with the RMA# prominently noted on the top and one side of the carton and returned to: Bell Motivational
